Kevin also works with Duncan Sheik, Wheatus, The Duhks, Natalie MacMaster, Bright Light Bright Light, MC Frontalot, Gabriel Kahane and Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Slow Knights, My Midnight Heart, Rebecca Naomi Jones, Jose Llana, Kerrigan/Lowdermilk, Badu Boye, Justin Levine, Charlie Rosen, and Bartosz Hadala, among other artists, ensembles, and bands.

Kevin composes music and accompanies professional dance companies and choreographers. Kevin worked with Merce Cunningham and MCDC until his passing, and recorded his technique music for the Legacy project with the company.
Currently Kevin works with Seán Curran, Milton Meyers, Kevin Wynn, and Karen Gayle. Kevin is on staff at NYU, Hunter, and Steps.
Kevin has also worked with Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, Alvin Ailey, Paul Taylor, Mark Morris, Doug Varone, David Dorfman, Trisha Brown, Donald McKayle, Saeko Ichinohe, Mary Cochran, Jeff and Yukie Moen, and Anita Cheng.
Kevin was composer in residence at Barnard College in 2003, and served as Music Director of Gil Stroming's Jump Convention at Break The Floor.
Kevin works in several New York City area based recording studios making creative drum set and percussion recordings with a wide variety of artists. Kevin also records in his home studio in Brooklyn.

Coming soon in 2018 Kevin will be partnering with Pape Armand Boye to help develop a music production team in Dakar, Sénégal.

Fascinated with rhythmic music and dance at an early age, Kevin set out on a lifelong path of learning, sharing, performing, and recording music. Through world travels for music work and education, he has developed a rich vocabulary that has landed him in bands and ensembles all over the spectrum of cultural origins, and he continues to seek and absorb the rich sounds of planet Earth. Kevin developed many of his skills with master musicians Billy Hart, Judy Moonert, Boris Amontete Tchango, Zoumana Dembele, Ustad Mulazim Hussain, and Guruvayur Dorai. He graduated from Western Michigan University, Halewynstitchting Conservatory, and The Lake Placid Institute with degrees in Percussion Performance and Philosophy.
